Fellowship

An FOW fellowship offers an unparalleled experience of intensive learning of the chamber wind repertory while working in a close-knit environment with supportive faculty and surrounded by the restorative atmosphere of Hidden Valley

Included in the fellowship

  • Mentorship by renowned faculty

  • Side-by-side coaching and performances
    with the faculty in three chamber concerts.
    Each fellow performs one piece per program

  • Instrument-specific instruction through
    lessons and masterclasses

  • A mock audition with feedback from all faculty

  • Additional festival-wide group sessions
    and chamber readings

  • All fellowships are tuition-free and include room and board

  • Fellow housing is provided in the Waddell Center Residence Hall

  • All meals are included

  • Fellows are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from Hidden Valley Music Seminars
